Shipping
We currently ship to a select list of countries All orders are processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method While we provide estimated delivery timelines actual transit times are subject to carrier schedules and international customs processing which may cause delays beyond our control
You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete Skirtsedge is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your item Your satisfaction is important to us and we accept returns for a refund under the following conditions
The item must be in its original unused and unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging
The item must not be damaged altered or washed
A valid proof of purchase is required

Return Process
To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at vip@skirtsedge.com within the 14 day window to request a Return Authorization You will receive instructions and the authorized return address
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and the status of your refund

Refund Timeline and Method
Upon approval your refund will be processed to your original method of payment Please be aware that it may take at least 14 business days for the refund credit to appear on your statement following the completion of our processing
For payments made through PayPal refunds may require at least 14 business days to be reflected in your account Please note that in certain regions PayPal’s policy or local consumer laws may extend this processing time to up to 30 days
The cost of the original shipping is non refundable The refund will be for the value of the returned item only

Non Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons certain items are non returnable including but not limited to bodysuits swimwear and any marked final sale items Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase

All authorized returns must be sent to the following address Please do not send returns to our corporate office or any other address as this will delay processing
